Let's chat. Contact Sales. More Kofax Solutions. I am using Vista Home Premium. Today I installed the SP2 update to Vista and now the application will not launch. I get an error message that Paperport MV extension has stopped working - referring to ppmv.

I also get a separate error message with the same information about PdfPro5Hook. This did not work. I uninstaled the application, rebooted, then re-installed. It installs fine with no errors - until trying to launch. I then ran the Paperport msi again and did a repair install. Same problem. I would appreciate any suggestions. This thread is locked.
