Deadpoolpoe like I said this guide will in no way make your game run perfectly, I've only tested it on 3 systems so the room for error is huge depending on hardware differences, my advice is either going back to the version of dxvk u were using earlier or just waiting for the PC patch to come out, sorry I couldn't help you out.
